Meet the PSY ABCs Team
Elizabeth Reyes-Fournier, PhD, LMHC, NCC
Dr. Reyes-Fournier is a licensed mental health counselor, National Certified Counselor, and professor of psychology. With a career spanning higher education, continuing education, and applied research, she specializes in trauma-informed care, and evidence-based treatment approaches. She is passionate about making psychology accessible for both professionals and students. She is the creative force behind Psy ABCs’ curriculum development, research initiatives, and professional training.
Paul Reyes-Fournier, PhD, MBA
Paul Reyes-Fournier is a business strategist whose career bridges the worlds of mental health, education, and organizational leadership. He holds a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology and an MBA, equipping him with both the clinical insight and administrative expertise to design programs that are evidence-based, scalable, and sustainable.
Paul’s professional experience includes higher education leadership, program development, and applied research focused on improving access to psychological services. His work emphasizes ethical practice, equity, and innovation—ensuring that psychological knowledge reaches not only professionals but also the communities most in need. With years of experience in nonprofit leadership and strategic development, he ensures that Psy ABCs’ educational initiatives are sustainable, scalable, and aligned with organizational and community needs.
Aida Reyes, MA, MA, CHT
Throughout her career, Aida has specialized in working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations, ensuring that psychological services are responsive to the unique needs of every student. She is particularly passionate about equity in education and uses evidence-based practices to reduce barriers to learning and promote student success. She holds Masters degrees in Counseling and School Psychology.
At Psy ABCs, Aida contributes her expertise in child and adolescent development, school-based interventions, and family–school collaboration. Her commitment to culturally responsive practice and advocacy for marginalized communities aligns with Psy ABCs’ mission of making psychology both accessible and impactful.
Robert Hafner, LMHC
Robert Hafner is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a strong background in clinical practice, education, and community outreach. His work emphasizes the integration of evidence-based therapies with compassionate, person-centered care. He has extensive experience supporting individuals and families through challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Robert Reyes-Fournier brings a strong foundation in neuropsychology. With a background in applied research, he is committed to creating accessible, engaging, and inclusive educational materials. At Psy ABCs, he works on curriculum design, course development, and strategies for engaging diverse learners in both traditional and online settings.
